Presentation Guideline

There are two options available for presentation at ICoME2020: Onsite Presentation & Online Presentation. Below is a description of each option.

Onsite Presentation

  • Prepare your presentation slides in the Power Point format.
  • Upload your slides to the server computer before presentation time at least 1 hour (We recommend giving your file to the staff member at the registration desk on the day you arrive. They will help you upload the file to the server computer).
  • Please arrive at the designated meeting room 30 minutes before the presentation time, in case some authors are not able to make the presentation on time.
  • The presentation certificates will be given at the end of each session by session chairs. One excellent presentation will be selected and awarded from each topic.

Online Presentation

  • All online presenters must use the application, “AcuConference 9”, to present their works.
  • The user manual for this application is available for download on Download page.
  • Please install the application and learn how to use it before presentation.
  • There will be an online test-session on Monday, November 30, 2020. The scheduled time for test meeting will be sent directly to your email by Friday, November 27. Online presenters are recommended to attend this session in order to test their presentation beforehand.
  • On the day of presentation, please stand-by in the online meeting room 30 minutes before the presentation time, in case some authors are not able to make the presentation on time.
  • The presentation certificates will be given online to your email at the end of the conference. One excellent presentation will be selected and awarded from each topic.
  • In case of technical issues that may occur during the presentation, all online presenters are required to submit the presentation VDO-clip (in *.mp4 *.avi *.mpg format, no longer than 15 minutes) by Monday, November 30, 2020
